Hello Stan's family. We (Neil McLean and Gai Reid) had the dynamic pleasure of meeting Stan and three of his pals at Utah Beach while they were visiting the memorial/museum in mid-2016. Gai and I were shooting stories for our TV series Village to Villa (now on Amazon Prime) Gai interviewed Stan in a poignant and touching piece that brought all to tears. It is a story contained within the "Normandy" episode of our series. We were so grateful to him for his honest display of emotions and raw courage.
