Dearest Dad, It was two years ago today, in the early hours, making you comfy for the night in the hospital bed, I gave you a kiss and wished you a ‘Good Night, Sweet Dreams’. Later I must have nodded off because when I woke you had gone. Not for one moment did I realise that you would slip away so quickly. I just wish I could have told you that you meant everything to me.
